Dear Carol, unfortunately Your opinion is quite suprising for us, and we find it very unfair. Please let me explain why: Information about the reception opening hours (from 8 to 22 o'clock) is easy to be found on any website that allows You to make the booking, but we also have send You that information on Your private e-mail two months before Your arrival day, so in my opinion You had a lot of time to let us know about Your late arrival. Many Guests arrive after 22 o'clock and it is never a problem to wait for them. We also showed You this e-mail when You came next morning. After You checked in, we helped You to book tours and with some tourist information about the city, yet, we did not hear any complain about the room. It would take 5 minutes to change it so everyone would be happy. Your words seems unfair not because You have complains, but You did not decide to share them with us. The information about changing the towels, which many hotels all around the world share - is in every bathroom. If You leave Your towel on the floor, it will be changed, if not, it means You will use it again. We can not take responsibility for not waiting for Your arrival, when we did not received any information from You. Also, every other problem could be solved right away.
