I think the breakfast could of been a lot better,all the cooked food was cold,coffee was Luke warm,they could of done bacon,but had a good variety of cold food.

Quiet hotel off the beaten track but with easy access to the Jewish quarter and only 20 min walk to the main Old Town attractions. Nicely appointed, very clean and very friendly and helpful staff

I should have listened to the other reviews mentioning bad customer service. After a long day of sightseeing I returned to the hotel and wanted to have a drink in the bar. The lobby was full of people for some kind of event which eventually moved downstairs. The problem is there is no door to seal off the noise. I started my drink and then some guy using a large speaker ended up talking for a long time and it was very loud. This was not going to allow me to relax. The noise was too much. I went to the reception to say that it was impossible to have a quiet drink at a bar with all this noise and she just stared at me without even saying a word. I told her that i will leave the hotel for my drinks. Again, not one word spoken, just a blank stare. It was incredible. The hotel should have a separate space with a door for these kinds of events so that guests can have a drink in the evening without being surrounded by a party and its noise. We should also be able to mention this to your staff and get a response. I also asked for green tea one evening. It was brought to my room but one one packet. I was saying 2 nights. Why aren't a couple different types of tea already in the room? The last he could have done was brought 2 of them. So, the service here is terrible! Finally, you need to put labels on the food for breakfast. Your staff doesn't even know what some items were!

Brilliant property located on the edge of an historical Jewish quarter. Staff members were polite and eager to help. They also booked tours to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Welichia Salt Mine with a company called Krakow Direct. Both tours turned out to be excellent.

Could not fault our stay. Friendly, helpful staff 24/7. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. The room had a balcony overlooking the main street but the windows kept out the traffic noise. Plenty of choice for breakfast and were given a take-out breakfast when we had to leave the hotel at 6am to do our trip to Auschwitz. The only thing missing was milk in the room. We had to request this from the restaurant. Highly recommended and will be returning.

This place was lovely and the staff and cleaning ladies were so kind. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to Old Town so it’s perfect if you want to be close to that and the old jewish quarter.

The staff warmly greeted us at reception. They answered all my questions about the surrounding area. They even helped us schedule our Warwel Castle trip. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of fresh fruits, breads, meat and cheeses, to go along with the more traditional breakfast foods. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping did a super job. I want to thank all of the staff for a very enjoyable experience.

1891 Garni hotel was excellant.Hotel was clean,lovely decoration.Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.The meals in the bar area were all of high quality and most enjoyable.A lovely garden also to sit out in or enjoy a drink and food.Good value for money and good location.I would highly reccomend and would definately stay there again if i go back to krakow again.

The hotel room was always cleaned to a high standard. Fresh towels every day. Front desk staff (Natalie) were really great providing local information on tours, transport and arranging a packed lunch for our trips if required. The hotel and staff were very friendly at all times. Hotel Garni would be our 1st choice to stay on our next visit to Krakow.
