The house is located on the border of the city of Krakow. At a distance of 6 km (by bike, 26 min) to the downtown.
Nearby is the Witkowice Forest Park, with a protection zone for amphibians.
Location possible easy access to the center of Krakow but also relaxation away from the crowded center.

Distance to new tram line 850m - 10min.

The house is situated on a fenced plot where it is possible to park several cars.

Building has 2 separate residential parts and terraces around it.

The house has 2 separate residential parts and terraces adjacent to the premises. In case of booking both premises exclusively, please contact me.

This offer applies to an apartment in the main part,
consisting of the following rooms:

ground floor:
1. glazed veranda, covered terrace
2. office/wardrobe/bedroom (one double sofa bed), - depending on the needs
3. kitchen - fully equipped
4th bathroom - toilet, shower, washing machine

floor:
5. large living room/bedroom (one double sofa bed),
6. large bathroom

attic:
7th bedroom - two single beds with the possibility of sliding together,

There is a terrace in front of the building. Parking spaces within the property.

House freshly renovated. The garden is also under development - the lawn has not yet grown ;)

The building has external monitoring system and an alarm system operated by the "Solid Security" agency.

Guest access
The apartment in the main part and the rooms described above are for the exclusive use of guests for the duration of the lease.
The cellars are unavailable due to the facility's maintenance. Accessible staircase in the basement.
There is also storage space adjacent to the large living room.

The area in front of the building is available.
The space around the building at the back is not separated, however, it is intended for "studio" guests.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Royal Road. The cottage includes amenities such as a washer.
