My experience started a bit complicated, the clerk who greeted us and checked us in, was very rude and without patience when we asked to pay the hostel on the credit card because we did not have the money in the local currency, she said no, no accepted payment on card, and on the site told me that I could pay by card. Not enough of that, we asked to pay in Euro, she said it could be, but if we had the exact amount, since she would not give change. All this in a very crude and ironic way. I've never been there, and I've been staying quite often in hotels and hostels, and this was certainly my worst customer service experience. My luck is that I knew how to communicate in English, because through these problems, I do not know if a person who does not speak the local language, or even English, how would it happen. Bad service, but I emphasize that only the attendant, the rest of the staff were friendly and polite, only this woman who, in my view, does not serve to work in relationship with people, especially in a place where people from all over the world go.
