We were we really enjoyed our stay at Sand Sea resort. The staff were super friendly, especially the bellboy. The breakfast was surprisingly good and you could sit on the beach and eat your breakfast with a nice view of the quiet Railey beach resort is also not very far at all from the walking street and from the resort you can reach both beaches, the room was nice and clean. We only used one Paul as we only stayed one night, but the pool area was very nice and had a nice view of the beach. Check in and check out process was very easy. I recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this resort. The grounds are lush and green with beautiful pools to relax around. Monkeys played in the trees above us. The resort spans the space between the east and the west side of the peninsula and the beach is gorgeous. The breakfast was great, the staff were absolutely delightful, rooms were spacious and clean. Everything is very walkable- restaurants, massages, tours, minimarts, souvenirs are all close by. Loved it!

Very nice setting, lovely grounds. We stayed in a bungalow which was well maintained and fitted out well. Lovely large bed, comfortable and clean linen etc, towels when required. Beach towels also came in handy. Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Buffet at breakfast, varied and something for all. Great location for this lovely, vibrant (but not crazy busy) area. Good value.

Don’t cheap out, stay somewhere else
Terrible experience and the pictures on the internet are from long ago. The bed was like plywood and we both left with aching backs. Service was poor except they will smile and be friendly at the front desk. Our room was beat down with broken plumbing fixtures, hand prints on the windows, staining on top of the mini fridge and pillow in the tub. The air conditioning barely worked and even had to call maintenance to reset the machine, and prior to that they had to clear our toilet which was backing up. The steps in this room are awkard and dangerous, with poor lighting. The hardwood floors were super creaky and slippery with socks. I think the worst of it was having chipped coffee mugs and bowls at breakfast then they left dirty plates in front of our room for two days even when they were there turning down our beds at night…very strange.. I guess we got what we paid for.

Fantastic!
Last minute change of plans and managed to book this hotel for one night (as we loved the area and didn’t want to leave on the last boat back at 6pm) No problems at all and hotel staff went above and beyond to be helpful to us! Breakfast was very limited and serving dinner food only downside, overall we loved it will stay again one day!

One of the best places i have ever stayed. I suggest one of the bungalows to stay in. I was in 314 and had the monkeys chilling in the tree in front of my door almost every morning. Will stay there again for sure on my next visit. They do not serve alcohol but you are steps away from it or you can stock up the fridge, not a negative in my opinion.

A great place that spans Railay Beach. The staff were excellent and catered to all of our needs. The rooms were excellent. Ours was directly in front ofthe second pool. The beach front was kept clean on both sides. The breakfast was amazing.

Overall the property location made it a gem! Right along the nice area of the beach and climbing areas! The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. A few downsides were there was sand in our made up bed upon arrival and the water pressure would go in and out for the shower.

Jungle vibe with breathtaking beach views
Resort has jungle vibe. Very nice location, right by the beach. Breakfast area is simply amazing, you will be breathless when you see it. Resort entrance is right next to pier so very easy to use transfer boats or you take a day tour to visit other islands (Phi Phi or others) and on the other side of resort there are many boats that goes to Ao Nang and etc. Very highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying at Riley beach
