Average hotel with good location
There was a strong musky smell in the room. Even with 2 air purifiers on, the smell was still there. Sink was not working properly. Table lamps and some corners of the room were very dusty.

Good service and excellent location.
Very convenient location. All the staff including front desk and room cleaners were courteous and performed their duties very professionally. The room in the tower section is very nice but the room in the hotel section is a bit too small although we can’t compare between the two given the difference in daily rate. Another plus is the hotel is next to the Xiqu Centre where one can walk through the tunnel to the Kowloon train station with speed train connecting directly to the airport. Another comment is the thermostat did not seem to work properly. The fan even when set to minimum was still going quite strong, making it a bit chilly in the winter month. The temperature in the room also did not reach up to the temperature set at the thermostat. We set the thermostat at 25 degree Celsius but the room stayed at 23 degrees. Overall, it is a very nice hotel that I will certainly consider to stay in my next trip to HK.

very old and unhygienic room facilities, there was a vomit dried out on the carpet and it was not cleaned until the day of check out. Air purifier was covered with some dark liquid and was not cleaned until the day of check out either.

The property was situated right on Canton road (tons of luxury shopping at your fingertips) and a couple blocks down from Victoria harbour. Very walkable. The room itself was looking tired although very clean. And maybe that’s because we just stayed in a basic suite, I would assume given the location and clients we seen checking in that they likely would have had a nicer tower full of renovated rooms. Just not what I was expecting for Hong Kong although we were only there for the one night stay.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and concierge was very helpful. An excellent area and very safe for a single person. Downside was not all staff spoke / understood english. The room had a huge bed that left very little room to manage your bags

We arrived in Hong Kong early in the morning and, while we couldn’t check in right away, we were offered an upgrade for just USD 30 per night—a great value! We’re so glad we took it, as the upgraded room was spacious at 350 sq. ft., located on a high floor with a partial sea view, and in a newer, quieter tower. The bed was very comfortable, with a firmer mattress that provided excellent support, and the bathroom was large with double vanities—such a nice touch! The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to both Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui by walking through Kowloon Park. There are also plenty of dining options in the nearby shopping centers. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!
