Like the convenient location and accessibility to MTR and buses. Easily accessible to shopping streets and dining. Service staff in the hotel needs to be improve to assist hotel guests when necessary. The service staff are not very kind and helpful which is such a dissappointment.

The hotel staff were amazing and accommodating to our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location near the train station and around the corner from the market and some great local food options
