Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable with decent room size. However, front desk staffs weren’t very friendly and welcome. No greeting at all when we saw each other on hallway. No smile with cool looking on their face, well, probably that’s the HK culture and how they usually treat the guest and tourists.

Good location and reasonably priced, Excellent house keeping. The only issue is the air conditioning system, little too loud and offer little adjustment, other than that it is a good choice as a tourist or for business trip.

We have stayed in this Mong Kok hotel a few times over the years. It is convenient stop over for us for a few days, shopping, dining, close to the MTR and reasonably priced. However, the room (twin room) is small but functional and the breakfast is a simple buffet and same basic menu every day but sufficient. Lots of eateries and cafes and restaurants around though. Staff very helpful and friendly and everyone in the front desk speaks English.
