Front desk and cafeteria staff are not friendly. Only the housekeeping ladies and luggage guy are nice and say hi. The breakfast did not have variety of foods on different days and the reception guy is rude, they did not bring out fresh food after 9:30 when they said the breakfast time is end at 10:30, they are discouraging you to have breakfast there. Very bad service.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The size of the room is good compared to other hotel in Hong Kong. Very close to restaurants and public transportation. The only bad side is the hotel not offer early check in option. If they add that option my stay would be excellent.

Did not appreciate the fact that during our last day we were told we could use the room until 2PM and when we arrived from a walk at 1:40PM to get our suitcases to leave, our plastic keys did not open the door and the housekeeper who happened to be around opened the door for us so that we could collect our belongings to check out!!! A really bad experience, to say the least

Although the hotel is located in an industrial area, it is clean and well-maintained, with security staff consistently monitoring the entrance. The lack of dine-in options helps minimize public traffic into the hotel at night, creating a quieter environment. The room cleaning team was exceptionally polite, always greeting guests warmly in the morning, and the café manager was equally courteous. The breakfast offerings exceeded expectations, providing a variety of options beyond the typical American-style free breakfast. In conclusion, if I visit Hong Kong again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

We stayed for three days while visiting Hong Kong and the service was excellent. We ask for a little softer pad to put on our bed and they took care of it right away . When left to go on our cruise we left some valuables in the safe and didn’t realize it until we were on the ship. We called them and they said they would bring it to us. They were life savers. Breakfast and housekeeping
The breakfast quality is running downhill in compare my last year's stay for 2 weeks. Also, I understand that the bed sheets won't be changed unless I put the card on the bed to indicate I want it change, but I was shocked to see that the housekeeping staff even didn't tidy it up and just leave it as the original state when I get out of the bed in the morning. That's so called housekeeping job done!

I can only recommend the the hotel if you don't mind your companion seeing you naked while you're taking shower, While the bathroom glass is supposed to be semi transparent, in reality it hides nothing. Also the breakfast dinning room is freezing cold (an elderly lady was wearing a winter hat) and they had the worst coffee machine i've seen in a Holiday inn. I honestly don't know how they are not embarrased letting customers using it. On a more positive side the area is good, easy to get around Hong Kong, including a very cheap direct bus from / to the airport. The staff is friendly and the free daily bottle of water is welcome.

Nice soundproofing
Soundproofing is good. I didn't hear anything from hallway or constructions nearby. However, ventaltion is so so. It smelled like food during meal time in the room even with the AC off.
