To start off positively, the staff were all so lovely and friendly. The restaurants had varying options for everyone, although they were expensive for the quality of the food. I don’t think the hotel could quite keep up with the number of people staying as we were left without towels on multiple occasions having to repeatedly call housekeeping. We also arrived to our room on the first day after a long travel day, to have roofers right over our room banging and crashing - nothing was mentioned upon check in. There was also a large amount of construction near the kids pool so I pity anyone who had kids swimming there. Whilst it’s a nice hotel, it’s certainly not 5 star and it’s not really near anything.

It was honestly a great experience and I truly enjoyed this trip. Everything about the staff to the land was amazing. The only true negative isn’t bad at all but it is about how the management treats their employees. It was so hard for the employees to talk to the guest because it just seemed like something was holding them back from getting to know the guest better. Overall a great experience and a great resort. Shout out to all the cooks and the kitchen staff and all the waiters they were the best people ever.

I was very disappointed within the room and service. The room was way too small we tried to upgrade but unsuccessful as some rooms they still doing some renovations. No beach town available in the morning. Cleaning service in the room done late in the afternoon around 4/5 pm We had mold inside our room and the smell was really strong. Food is okay but nothing special. My expectations was really high as my sister in law recommended the place but unfortunately it’s not the greatest anymore. Very far away from the airport 1h50 min to get to the resort.

If you are seeking a relaxing environment, this is the place to be. Awesome beach and pools. Great dining, clean and very friendly staff. Welcoming the minute you arrive. Lots to do for the whole family. A couple of things they could improve upon, some rooms require proper maintenance and cleaning staff need to pay attention room cleaning and replacement of amenities.

The Warwick was beautiful. It's a big venue with 5 restaurants and two pools. We spent time kayaking, swimming, snorkelling and learning to dive. The staff were attentive and the place was immaculate. It would be good to have more vegetarian meal options. Otherwise, great. Perfect for young families.
