Villa Forest is a two hundred year old family house located in the village of Popovići, in the area of Konavle, south of Dubrovnik.
It is most suitable for families and groups of friends looking for a location that offers peace and privacy. It is also a perfect place for nature lovers.
The property is accessed from a country road that leads to the entrance to the inner, partially fenced garden. The garden is additionally protected from the outside view by a wall and with lots of greenery, so that the residents of the house can enjoy complete privacy in a very peaceful environment.
The first floor is reached by two stone stairs that climb from opposite ends of the garden and meet in front of the entrance to the house, where the space expands into a small terrace, bordered by stone seating, which offers a pleasant and welcoming "outdoor lounge".
The entrance floor consists of an open living room and kitchen/dining room, plus one bedroom and a bathroom, while on the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and a large bathroom, all of which are accessed from a centrally located staircase.
On the ground floor of the main part there is a large open space that is used as a summer kitchen with a comfortable dining area. The single storey side section (partially connected to the main section), known as The Guest House, is an attractive open space on two levels with a high ceiling and lots of light. The upper level with the bathroom represents the bedrooms, while the lower level functions as a living room. The ottoman on the lower level can also be used for sleeping. The terrace with a stone grill is the main area for dining during the summer months. A few steps separate the pool terrace from the sunbathing area. Between them is a small room with an outdoor toilet.
