Can’t beat the view
This is our favorite property in Poipo. The sounds of the ocean and views are spectacular. I do wish the kitchen was better stocked with bowls and a baking sheet would be nice. The tv remote wasn’t working so that needs replacing. Still our favorite place in Kauai.

Perfect Location
Perfect place to stay if you want to be right by the beach! Short walking distance to places to eat and to Poipu beach to see the turtles. Owners were great to deal with and also quick to respond to any questions I had. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location
Absolutely loved the location. Not sure there is another building on property that could beat the atmosphere. I do wish the lanai had raised seating (bar height table and chairs) that allow for views above the hedge. Beyond that, it was perfect for us.

Prime location
Prime location that cannot be beat. The grounds are amazing and the beach is super swimmable and a short walk to other great beaches. Unit is a little older for those that is a big deal with but the location makes up for it. Also very easy to communicate and work with the owners and the check in and check out process was very smooth. This was a great rental for an amazing family getaway

The property was clean and well-stocked, and in a fantastic location. It was on the ground floor, which made it easy to access with a wheelchair. It is right by the beach, so family member staying in other condos at Kiahuna congregated at my condo during the day.

Great location for water activities.
This is the ideal property for a couple or family who plan to spend a lot of time in or near the ocean. There is rewarding snorkeling yards from your door and an assortment of surfing sites just offshore - from a gentle break perfect for beginners to offshore reef breaks for the more experienced.

Amazing beachfront stay
The house is incredible, and just as listed. The location can’t be beat, with the ocean just steps away. There’s also some nice restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. As others have noted, there’s no AC, though the fans and ocean breeze generally kept the inside cool. The rental shack is basically right outside the kitchen window, so can get noisy when they start setting up around 7:30 am.

Best unit available for our honeymoon. Can't get much closer to the beach/ocean. The unit benefits from trade winds, not to hot, not to cold. Post card picture quality rooms and ocean view. Caution: Experience can be addicting and create an overwhelming urge to return.

Amazing Location!
My husband and I stayed here in November and LOVED it! You can't beat the location being right on the beach! In the morning, it was an easy walk across the street to get a coffee or a Kauai Juice. During the day, we would soak up the sun on our lanai and only needed to take a few steps out to jump in the ocean! In the evening, we had the most amazing sunset views every night! Poipu had lots of yummy places to eat and we were able to drive to many different trails and waterfalls. The complex was very clean, beautifully landscaped, and filled with very friendly neighbors and staff. We will definitely stay here again! Mahalo!!!!
