The hotel is in a very convenient location to Championship Park. The staff was very friendly for the most part. That is all I have to say positively. The hotel is very dated, rooms are musty, beds are uncomortable and our door took a huge pull to close tightly. The hotel is right on the highway and the back side is an alley, next to a Steak and Shake and Dollar General. Traffic goes very fast with little regard for people. It is cheap, pet friendly and in a convenient location, but its old and tired and you get what you pay for. I would likely find another option if ever traveling in the area again.

Beds were comfortable & staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was decent. We were in Kokomo for a baseball tournament. Hotel was conveniently located to field & many restaurants.

Poor. No air conditioning.
Our room didn’t have a working air conditioner. They had no one who could fix it and it was unbearable. They also didn’t have another room we could have. We had to move hotels at 12am due to this. The room also smelled like dirty feet. The staff was very nice but I would not recommend staying here.
