For the money, this is super convenient, easily accessed, and useful for travelers with early outbound or late incoming flights. Plenty of dining options throughout the terminal, all just steps away.

Had a gourmet dinner at Pepper Mill just a few steps from hotel. You can’t beat the location and many many dining options. Hotel rooms nice size, very comfortable and good value

Right inside itami airport. So convenient. The room itself was a bit small, but it was nice and clean. Really no complaints. Check in and out was really quick.

Friendly staff, easy check in, and very clean room. Arriving from the monorail later at night was a little confusing because the signs to the hotel point to an entrance that is closed after 10pm. We had to go downstairs and ask a convenience store clerk for directions for another entrance.

The hotel is located in the same site as Osaka International airport. So, it is quiet covenant to access to the airport. Particularly, for early morning flight, this location is very appreciated. Check-in & check-out process is simple and smooth. The staff and their service quality is good. Nothing in particular. But, if anything, maybe aging facility

I have requested two rooms, but they had only one room reserved and had to pay extra. I have no idea how this mistake was made. Ishowed my copy of confirmation for two rooms, but they did not have the same information. Strange.

Very convenient in being inside the airport to board the plane early in the morning with a toddler. Also convenient with many restaurants in the airport and with the limousine bus to get to city. Staff was very friendly. We left our luggage before check in and everything was brought inside the room before we arrived back to check in. Very small room though.
