This was my third stay at this hotel. The moderately sized rooms are modern and clean, with a big comfortable bed and a full size bath. The amenities provided are a bit on the cheap side. If you don't have the room cleaned on any given day, you will get a care package of towels, amenities, gown and slippers, tea and coffee at your door, which used to be standards in all hotels I used in Japan but now seems to be less common. The lift operates by key card so strangers can't access the rooms, thus providing safety.
The staff could use a little extra training to improve politeness and guest experience though as they are very curt and the cleaners leave their stuff all over the halls every day, blocking access.
Location is ok but it's not really right in Sannomiya. It's on the outskirts. You will reach the subway in 6 minutes and JR takes about 12 minutes on foot. But I would recommend this hotel as a good option as you get value for your money here.
