All of the staff members were sincerely courteous and helpful. I made a mistake in reserving a smoking room by but luckily they were able to find a nonsmoking room. Many thanks to the Green Rich Hotel!

Takes 15-20 min to walk to Sannomiya station and busy area. Dark and very quiet when walk back to hotel at night.

三宮駅から陸橋渡って少し歩きますね。 この猛暑では、この距離でも非常に疲れます。大浴場があったので選びましたが、1階にあり、エレベーターを降りるとロビーになり、そこからカ―ドをかざして大浴場の方に行きます。大浴場は、まぁ普通ですが、とにかく明るい。白色灯のせいかも知れませんが、なんか落ち着かないので、すぐに上がりました。お部屋は、静かでゆっくり休めました。

大人家族3人予約でツインベッドはなんかおかしい料金設定のような。宿泊料金の割に朝食サービスがなく残念。三ノ宮駅近くでとても良かったけど、周辺飲食店も２２時閉店多くこれも残念。

初めて泊まった時には最寄り駅から遠いかな？と思いましたが、何回か泊まって土地鑑がつくと、それほど遠く思わなくなりました。駅の近くに夜の１１時まで営業しているイオンがあり、またホテルの近くにコンビニが一通りあるので便利です。 優秀な清掃スタッフを抱えているのか、ホテル内の清潔さは特筆モノで、快適に過ごせます。また利用したいと思います。
