Next on the list for improvement should be replace mattresses. Fantastic stay Rose was so helpful. We took an Uber on Saturday night to the Island for dinner. It came in 7 mins. Unable to get an Uber for over an hour on the way back. Arranged another ride back to hotel. Lovely area. Lovely town

Lovely inn. Great friendly place to stay. Downside was load shedding with the absence of any additional electrical generator which meant that when we left our phones and iPads weren’t charged and the night was hot . Lack of electricity meant no fans or air conditioning so room was very hot. Lovely lady looks after this inn. She is definitely a plus point.

It’s such a pretty accomodation and feels a lot homely with personalised service. The rooms are beautiful prepared with tiny little details including in the bathroom. I would stay at the same place if I go back to this town. Highly recommend staying there

Superb Two Night Stay
Wonderful host. Nice touch having honesty bar. In a quiet area of town. Breakfast had good selection, made to order and better than most hotels. Lovely to have it sitting by the pool. Great view from room to the Heads. Room spotless and very comfortable with the en suite modern and well equipped.

Orange Inn is an excellent accommodation, with first rate facilities and extremely helpful staff. The manager, Charlotte, was very professional, friendly and helpful. Location very easy to find, with good access to the harbourside facilities yet easy to get to local beauty spots

Frustration - Inn closed;
The Inn was closed. We rang the bell for a long, long time. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. No one to answer the bell. The phones I had in my reservation either did not answer or did not even ring. After about 30 minutes we left to look for another place to stay.

Hotel in the making
Parking the car needs some experience. The rooms were clean an friendly. They were lacking some electrical amenities, some doors could not be closed. Service was ok. Pool nice, surrounded by lawn, where you could relax. breakfast near the pool. BUT: As we left, we learned from the manager that the hotel had just changed management only a few weeks ago and that maintenance and renovation works were due the coming week.

Lovely guest house on the outskirts of Knysner
We had an excellent two days at Knysna Stays. Lloyd and his staff were so helpful in giving us information about the area. We drove round the area and looked at points of interest. The apartment was immaculate and even had a washing machine which we made use of. Tables were set by the pool each morning for breakfast. There was a good choice including a freshly cooked English breakfast.

The best Host in Knysna
We had an enjoyable stay at Knysna Stays.. On arriving a little bit too early we could not enter the premises, as the gates were locked. Security was tight and this was good to see. After ringing the number provided we were welcomed by Rose who was so obliging, and a great conversationalist (just up my husbands alley!!!). We booked twin beds as this was the only available room on the day, and Rose went our of her way to re arrange the room so the beds could be together. We got upgraded the next day to an apartment. This was a nice gesture .Our host and owner LLyod was so helpful and recommended lots of places to visit and gave good advice on where to go. He also invited my husband to play a game of golf with him and his friends at the Simola Golf Course. While I was not invited to be the caddy, I still enjoyed the scenery and driving the golf cart!!!! . It was a fun day.

Lovely guest house in Knysna
This was a wonderful place to stay during our Knysna adventure. The staff is so kind and welcoming and the style of the hotel is that it almost feels like a real home so it is very cosy. The views of the lagoon are also wonderful and the proximity to the waterfront is very easy.
