Home away from home
This property is a wonderful home away from home. My favorite feature is the well stocked kitchen! I cook for my family that lives in Knoxville when I visit, and the thoughtfully stocked kitchen makes that very easy to do. In addition to the kitchen, the owners have done a great job of anticipating what their guests might need and ensuring it’s there. The bed was extremely comfortable, and honestly, I can’t think of a single thing I wasn’t happy with- except that my stay had to end. Many thanks to the owners.

Modern Mellen Dream Rental
The Modern Mellen was the perfect house for me, my wife, two young children, and grandparents. We went to Knoxville for a family wedding. The rental property was very close to family and near a main road through Knoxville, enabling access to a variety of eats, treats, and adventures. The home was exceptionally clean, and we immediately felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The host was very reachable and communicative.

Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again.

Comfort!
I was in Knoxville for my son who was ill. This was the perfect place for me to stay. Ruben, the host responded immediately when I needed to extend my stay and made everything extremely easy for me. The house is super clean and the bed in the master was extremely comfortable. In the morning there was plenty of coffee, and stepping out back the sound of the birds was a cheerful way to start my day. I can't think of a single thing I needed that wasn't available to me. Kroger is just blocks away, downtown Knoxville is close too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, or any other property they own, and will definitely be back on my next visit to Knoxville.

UTCVM Reunion
Property brand new, very clean and plenty of towels and linens were provided. A big plus for us was that the property allowed our dog. We would definitely stay here again. Location very convenient to many restaurants and stores as well as UT campus and downtown.
