Common areas were nice. Staff was friendly. The room was spacious. The negative was the room was in need of repairs. Other guests experienced the same. The door closure was hanging from the wall. The toilet paper holder was broken. The soap tray in the shower was ripped off the wall. Next time I will spend $20 more for a room in good condition.

We were just passing through on a road trip, however the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was included. Indoor pool and gym. Great value. The room was great, updated bathroom. Would definitely stay again if we pass through.

Traveling solo, this hotel felt safe and secure. The room lobby and room were clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was a nice addition. The hotel is very convenien to I-40, shopping and dining. The area is car dependent but you could walk to several fast food restaurants and a convenience store is a block away.

I’m a platinum member with Choice Hotels. I was woke up at 2:45 am by someone opening my door, yelling something and closing it. I thought I was dreaming. My worst fear of staying in a hotel. I go double lock and lay back down. Next thing I know someone opens again and the slide lock stop them from opening the door. They yell through the crack that I haven’t paid ( this at 3:30 AM. I slam the door and call the front desk and am told my payment hasn’t went through. After I tell the night staff that I will speak to front desk in the morning. She stated “that it was messing up her audit” I hung up. Spoke to staff and received apology. Payment was processed. No compensation was made for my inconvenience.

I came to the Hotel for business and dinner meeting. Was informed the day I had my meeting ( with a note under the door) that water was off for 4 hours. My Video meeting was at 4pm and dinner at 7. I did not have hot water until 8:22 pm. I requested compensation for lack of use. Now mind you I’m a platinum member. The front desk went to property management and he was unconcerned and stated no discount would be provided. This is unacceptable to not provide compensation for your lack of service.

Our room was 'tired'. Our carpet was very stained. Our bed was 'weary'. Our sheets were 'exhausted'. Our room was probably pet designated, therefore, I cannot speak for other rooms, but it was a sad room for us.

It’s an older property and the nightly rate is very competitive. Room interiors were refreshed in the last several years. The bed linens were clean but there was a dried booger stuck to my comforter with hair attached to it. I think it was an oversight by the housekeeper. Other than that it was fine.
