The clerk was friendly & accommodating but the property itself was awful. The room smelled, there were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom & the Toilet wouldn’t work. We were there 5 minutes & left. The area itself was sketchy too.

There's a heated pool, but its pretty much outside. They put a roof over the pool, but doors are all opened and its outside air temp at the pool

This property was under construction and there were bugs in our room!! The man who worked the front desk disappeared for about 10 minutes as a line developed at 3:00 for check in. He saw me and another person standing there as he walked by and when he came back there were at least 5 groups of people behind me waiting to check in. When I told him about the bugs at checkout, I could tell he was not surprised and all he said was "Sorry." On a positive note, the man monitoring breakfast the next morning was very friendly and helpful to everyone. Breakfast was cereal, fruit, pastries, yogurt, crackers and waffles.

Our stay was fine for a night. We got in really late after a ballgame. The area is less than desirable. The neighboring hotel seemed incredibly sketchy. Car alarms through the night. It was fine for what we needed. Clean. In a pinch, it'll do :)

Average across the board honestly. The person who checked us in after midnight as we were coming from ohio wasn't the nicest I guess, just average. Took a few times ringin the bell before she finally came to the window. Did have good water pressure for the shower which was nice. Checked out early because as we noticed the morning before the cleaning cart they push around is pretty loud so we instantly woke up round 8am.

First off, I’ve learned to never expect much from hotels/motels that have rooms with the entrances leading directly to the parking lot. However, unfortunately, my pass-through stay was the same day as the Alabama/Tennessee football game. This hotel was one of a few that had availability—I absolutely understand why! The hotel has no elevator and it has roaches. We had to get moved from the first room they gave us. The sheets and blankets were visibly stained. There was also people blasting loud music in the parking lot. Lastly, because of the game, they had the audacity to price gouge. This hotel is easily a $40-50/night stay, at best, for all the reasons I mentioned. But, I ended up being taken for over $200 for one night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was amazing for the most part. Check in was very quick and efficient. Location was great. Night staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only issue I had was day shift clerk was a little rude at checkout.
