The Space:
The apartment is located in front of the beach and in the hart of Knokke - 't Zoute. You can really call this a unique place to stay. The interior is decorated with love and care, has all comfort you need and has everything you need to make your stay perfect.

The living-room and kitchen is located on the 7th floor with great sea-view with relaxing sound of the sea. One room has a kingsize double bed, the other one a comfortable bunk-bed and one modern bathroom. It’s fully decorated, so rest assured, everything is in a mint condition and all comfort is present! We offer you a fantastic bedroom so you will dream like an angel, fast Wifi to look up everything you need, a flat screen with enough channels and modern bathroom with a spacious shower. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own food or drinks, a spacious dining area with large table for 4, has a cozy living room area with great sea-view to enjoy the sun and sea! Ideal for a family with children, friends or 2 couples.

The studio offers fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Important to mention we also provide soft and thick bath towels (one large & one small per person) and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
Between the old village of Knokke, Heist aan Zee and Duinbergen and the beaches of the North Sea, you can stay in our seaside town in an oasis of tranquility, close to numerous luxurious boutiques, culinary establishments and beautiful cycling and walking routes. Knokke-Heist is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Belgium. It is located on the border with the Netherlands. The sea forms the northern border and to the east lies the Zwin Provincial Nature Park as a buffer with the coast of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (Netherlands) and only a few kilometers away from the Cadzand, Sluis and Retranchement just across the border. Damme is located on the south side of Knokke-Heist and the seaport of Bruges is located to the west.

The beach in Knokke-Heist is very famous for it’s exclusive and trendy beach-bars that allow you to enjoy a drink, snack, the sun and the ambiance of course.

Knokke-Heist has always exerted a special attraction on artists, architects, sculptors and painters. Knokke-Heist invests in art and is at home in all markets. For example, you can view top international works at more than 50 galleries.

The nature reserve "t Zwin" is one of the eye-catchers that you want to see during your stay and is an interactive nature experience park for the whole family.

LINEN IS PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation provides high-quality bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. One set of bed and bath linen per person, per stay. More can be ordered during your stay.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Tolle Aussicht aber mehr auch nicht
Kein Internet und kein Fernsehen weil der Vermieter anscheinend die Gebühren nicht bezahlt hatte, keine Hilfe von Huswell oder Fewo. Viele Lampen in Wohnung defekt. Das schlimmste abre ist, dass im ganzen Haus noch in ganz 2024 Sanierungen duchgeführt werden. Auch Samstags wird man früh morgens von Presslufthämmern geweckt. Es gibt Aushänge in der Lobby, die diese Arbeiten im Dez. 23 angekündigt haben. Leider NULL Hilfe seitens Huswell oder Fewo. Wir mussten die ganzen Tage in Cafes und Bistros zum Arbeiten verbringen. In der Wohnung konnte man nur schlafen - aber 07:20 Uhr morgens gingen die Bauarbeiten wieder los. Also wer Ruhe sucht ist hier falsch. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist. Die nur mit Mühe (mehr als 100 ! Nachrichten!) angebotene Entschädigung von 80 Euro ist ein Witz. Nie wieder Huswell und nie wieder Fewo, denn der Kundenservice bei Reklamationen ist unterirdisch.

Das Appartement war sehr nett, nur was leider nicht kommuniziert worden ist, das das gesamte Haus in dem sich das Appartement befindet , noch bis zum Sommer renoviert wird. Somit hatte man von morgens 8Uhr bis ca 17 Uhr Pressluft und Bohrarbeiten. Unmöglich im Appartement zu arbeiten. Die Agentur konnte mir leider auch nicht behilflich sein. Ein Nachlass von 10% wurde mir für den unmöglichen Aufenthalt angeboten. Leider kein toller Aufenthalt.
