Upon entering, you will immediately take notice of the living room's high ceilings, ample natural lighting, and plush furnishing. The gas fireplace is great for cooler nights in, and the large smart TV is always ready to host family movie viewings. The adjacent chef's kitchen comes well-equipped for all of your culinary pursuits with its updated appliances.

Expansive and bright, the two primary bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, complete with dual sinks and walk-in showers. With central air, soft linens, and homey furnishings in each of the bedrooms - no one's comfort will go unattended. Downstairs, extend the space for entertaining with the family room's foosball table, kitchenette, and seating area. A separate laundry room is available for added convenience.

A true focal point of Old KenDucky Home is its grand outdoor space, featuring multiple levels of decks, a private pool, a sand volleyball court, and tennis/basketball court access. When you can pull yourself away from this sunny paradise, check out local attractions like the Avalon Pier, Lost Treasure Golf, Wild Horse Adventure Tours, Wright Brothers National Memorial, and the area's plethora of delicious eateries and vibrant shops.

Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

Things to Know
Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (enter number = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
