This 1800 sq ft oceanside townhome in historic Kitty Hawk has everything for the extraordinary beach vacation. Stunning ocean views from every window and balcony; direct beach access; outdoor pool; community hot tub, tennis, racquetball, and basketball courts; rec room; and fitness center.

Community pool and hot tub will open from 5/20/2024 to 10/09/2024. A clubhouse key will be provided at all times so that guests may continue to enjoy other clubhouse amenities all year round. Professional Deep Cleaning completed May 2024

One complimentary paper towel is provided in the kitchen and one roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom.

Park in the driveway or garage where you'll find the in-unit washer and dryer, and a walk in shower. Up to parking for 4 cars.

Head to the top floor through two flights of stairs to access the home's main living area. Comfortable open floor plan with oceanview balcony. Unwind during your downtime and watch your favorite shows on the TV or relax on the balcony.

The living room flows freely past the dinette picnic-table and into the bright, fully equipped kitchen. Bar seating at the countertop helps you share lively conversation with your travel companions as you whip up tasty, home-cooked goods.

As the sun rises, walk to the Atlantic Ocean beach. Swim, surf, lay out under the sun and walk along the coast while collecting shells and sea-glass. Surfer point break waves right outside the Kitty Hawk public beach.

Next you can take a dip in the community pool and hot tub that are open from 5/20/2024 to 10/09/2024. Dry off and enjoy a friendly game of tennis, basketball, or pickleball(set in garage), you can also head inside for a workout in the gym, or play various arcade games, including pool, ping pong and air hockey.

Return home after your adventures and drift off to sleep in one of the home's main-floor bedrooms. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, while the kids room offers a twin bed plus a bunk bed with twin and full.

The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and access to the second-floor balcony with ocean views. Wake up, grab a cup of coffee and head to the top-floor deck and watch the sunrise across the Atlantic!

While you'll love spending most of your time at Sea Dunes lounging at home, enjoying the community amenities and relaxing on the beach, many nearby attractions provide excellent options to fill your remaining vacation hours!

Local Boutique shop and popular restaurants with a diversity of cuisine surround this home. Grab some hotcakes for breakfast at Stack'em High Pancakes, enjoy an afternoon frozen cocktail at Hurricane Mo's, then head to Barefoot Bernie's for live music with your dinner. Black Pelican is a local favorite.

Drive an easy 2 miles to the Kitty Hawk Coastal Reserve, where you can stroll the walking paths to observe the natural wildlife, or bring your fishing equipment and catch some fresh bass!

For a historical cultural experience, take a 10-minute drive to Wright Brothers National Memorial, where you can stand at the exact take-off point for the first successful airplane flight.

Various bridges connect the different islands that create North Carolina's Outer Banks so that you can spend your remaining vacation days exploring the area's breathtaking, natural waterfront beauty.

When my wife April and I first saw Sea Dunes, we instantly fell in love because they have first floor garages with great resort amenities, and are only 70 steps from the beach! There are very few properties so large inside with 3 bedrooms, so close to the beach, with so many resort amenities that are still so centrally located. Plus you get multiple balconies with breezy ocean views. The Kitty Hawk Beach here is like no other running so close to the beach road. Nearly half of the residents @ Sea Dunes are locals and the others are long term 2nd home owners. This "Sunrise Retreat" is our little gem in the Outer Banks.
