The hotel was very nice! Check-in and check-out were an easy process. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not the worst we have ever stayed at. The shower was amazing! They had a very nice variety of breakfast items, and everything was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!
Stayed for 3 nights. Everything was clean when we got there. Had some trouble with the lock on our door, but it worked out fine. Pool was quiet during the day. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options aplenty. Staff was helpful when necessary and out of the way all other times. Soaps in the bathroom were full sized bottles not those tiny ones. There was body wash shampoo conditioner and lotion all provided. Very nice amenities for shower.
It was a great stay. I really appreciate the front desk. I believe his name was Mr. Hassan. He was fantastic and very helpful with our needs. The room was clean and nicely laid out, the breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I have every had in a hotel. I would definitely stay again. 5 stars!
I booked this stay through Expedia - I then received a message from Expedia that the hotel would not guarantee a room and wanted me to book through them directly. I called the hotel to see if a reservation was already in my name but they could not tell me. Therefore in fear of not having a room I booked one thru them. I get there to find I had 2 rooms in my name and would not refund me for the first room that they would not tell me was reserved. I will not book through Expedia anymore due to this confusion nor will I stay at this hotel again being that they refused to work with me on this mixed message
It was difficult sleeping as the bed was quite uncomfortable. My husband and I both ended up having sore backs and hips. We would've stayed longer, but checked into another hotel for the rest of our trip.
