Personal stay not convinced good for company staff
My husband and I were in one room and our adult son was in another room and what a vast difference in cleanliness. My son found dark hair in the sheets as well as some other unique stains, he called front desk. They sent up fresh linens. He had to clean it, change his own bed. He found other hair and stains in another part of the room. Our room was an accessible room. It was decent. The couch was covered in stains. The shower head was so loose. We thought it was going to fall off, the hair dryer didn't even blow hot air. We were worried that it was going to catch fire. Not what I thought a stage bridge was going to be like. They want us to use the location for our corporate staff but not 100% convinced it's the way to go.

This place is perfectly run. All the staff we’ve interacted with are pleasant. The hotel is clean, quiet & has rooms that offers relaxation. We felt at home. The breakfast is amazing. Everything were cooked in perfection. I totally recommend this place. The highlight of this hotel too is the 1 min distance to the St Jacobs Market.

This was a great location to go tot he St Jacob’s market and to go downtown. It’s also so close to Waterloo, Kitchener and Elora. Overall the hotel was a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean. We all enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Great stay here! I was surprised by the space of the accessible room and the thought put into the well equiped kitchenette. Beds were comfortable with adequate pillows. Only draw back was the view in our room was the inner parking lot and our hair dryer was missing. Overall, clean and perfect for our stay.

Great hotel with very spacious room. We booked a suit with 1 king bed. It was great. The only down side to our room was that it faced a busy street, so the room was quite noisy. I didn't really hear it, however my wife struggled to sleep. I would recommend staying on the side that faces the Holiday Inn, not the farmers market if you want quiet. Other than that, it was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was included. I think our stay was a great value.

Loved the hotel, staff were friendly but was hoping we could check in earlier as we arrived about 1/2 hour before 3. We waited as we were told the room wasn’t completely checked over by a supervisor. I was a little anxious as my husband wasn’t feeling well. I didn’t let the staff know this as I thought it wouldn’t take long. Anyway we did have to wait until 3 this was a little disappointing due to the circumstances of my husband. But again I was just hoping we could get in a little earlier.
