Dusty !all. Curtain and window area full of dust and mold .my 4 year old son had dust allergy and has to taken to emergency .Terrible experience house keeping or who ever incharge they are not taking care. Carpets curtain air condition vents all look dusty moldy. Never going to book again !

Very average overall hotel that is showing its age. Rust is obvious on towel holders in the bathrooms and finishes, room HVAC system and walls are showing their age. Pool was heated and warm, but fairly shallow. Lots of rust forming on exposed metal bars/objects in the pool area. Wasn't dirty per say, but the place wasn't sparkling either. It was fine for a one night stay in town, can't say this place is winning any awards for cleanliness or nice amenities in my book. Breakfast was free and was OK. By the time we got to eating around 845, most of the offerings with cold and dry. Best to get up earlier I suppose

It seems contradictory to rate the cleanliness this high when the condition of the furniture and carpets is deplorable - stained, worn, and sagging, but once the shock of its sorry state wore off, it was apparent everything is cleaned well. Its just waaaaay beyond needing a refresh. Staff were terrific and the rooms comfortable. Beds A1. Mention was made of hockey teams ravaging the place - there are even signs in the elevators warning of damage and assiciated fines. It was a disappointmwnt to take my mom here on a getaway only to see the shabbiness of the place. She couldnt help but noice it as well. Do better Holiday Inn Express.

We were not advised until check in that an additional $200.00 would be charged to my credit card, I had budgeted enough to cover the reservation, why is this not shown on yours or there’s web page. Luckily my friend could cover this, damages fee, refunded on check out. Will not be staying with them again.

I really loved this hotel and its facilities. Free parking and daily continental breakfast are nice perks. Only complaint I had was the toilets being much too low to the floor. OK for children, not so great for mature adults.

Great location close to the Market and St. Jacobs Theatre. Had dinner at Jacks which was just next door to the hotel and food was very good.
