We travelled with our dog, the pet fee for one night was $100. I figure a pet fee is because the room takes additional time to clean afterwards but it’s clear that’s not the reason in this case. The room that we were in was clearly a designated pet room as there was fur on the carpet when we arrived, and it did not smell fresh. The box that the hand soap was supposed to be in was empty. Our reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Overall it was a disappointing stay and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The noise level was super frustrating. There was a very large group (cheerleading team) and the kids were running up and down the hallway. We called multiple times to complain and nothing was done and apparently we were unable to move floors as well. It was also very cold and there was only small thin blankets, we asked for another one and we were given another blanket but not until the second night. Very disappointing.

we checked in, got to room hair on the couch, used sink, would not drain, room phone didn't work to call down stairs, guy came up said nothing he could do, said I was checking out asked for money back said no. ( all with in 10-15 min of getting to hotel) Checked out and went to another hotel called 3 days later (Monday) looking for manager, still waiting for call back. Not very happy, being Branded with this name, shocked thats the service I get
