Hotel is undergoing renovations, and I imagine it will look lovely once completed. There was a young hockey team staying on our floor and it was very noisy when we arrived (people hanging out in hallways, kids running around and yelling etc.) Did not find the staff overly friendly, but that could be due to the stress of dealing with the renovations. I will return once the renovations are complete.

BED BUGS!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting - checked in, cart all our stuff up to the room, immediately check the sheets and bathroom , bed bugs all under the bed sheets!!! Loaded everything back into the car and went to check out and return the keys cause I refused to stay there, and the guy at the front desk literally said “you didn’t check before brining your stuff up?” Excuse me??? Two twenty something females and a dog, on New Year’s Eve, no I did not go and check the room prior to getting out of the parking lot because WHY would I??? Horrible experience

The hotel was advertised to offer a free breakfast buffet. Upon check in, we discovered the hotel was under construction (which was not noted on their website) and the breakfast would not be offered. Instead, they would provide a breakfast served in a brown paper bag that contained a cold green banana, a yogurt, an Apple juice and a questionable frozen breakfast sandwich that you had to heat up yourself. We had to inquire about this and the hotel staff did not inform us about this at all. Overall, the hotel smelled, the staff was not very helpful and we had nothing but problems. It would have been nice if the hotel was transparent with the services they were not offering instead of leading us on with their false advertisement. Overall, VERY disappointed and would not stay there again.
