駅近で、ホテル裏口前無料駐車場があり、朝食付き（パン・コーヒー紅茶のみ）が無料でした。ランドリーもあり漫画本も少しあり良かったです。ただホテルは古く禁煙ルームは少なく、止まった部屋は喫煙の部屋でした。匂いはあります。

下関市民会館でのイベント（19:30終わり）の際にホテルを利用。宿泊関連には不便を感じなかったが、周辺徒歩圏内で利用出来る飲食店が少なく、ホテル近所のコンビニで済ませた。
