Prepare meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table for four for meals, laptops, or family game nights, and a comfortable living area with a large leather sectional and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. If you're craving a little friendly competition, this home also features a converted garage game room with a Ping-Pong table, foosball, and a small pool table.

Out back, the fun really begins in the screened lanai containing a shaded and furnished patio and a sparkling, private pool with optional heat (for an additional fee).

For sleeping options, this home offers four comfortable bedrooms including a main room with an en suite bathroom and private access out to the patio.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
