Pretty perfect
The place is very cute, spacious, clean, comfortable. Plenty of Linens, dishes everything you need for a great stay. Very nice view from the patio. The host was amazing she communicated threw out my stay when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The vacations with my family in Orlando and in this house were the best in the world. I would stay in this house again on my next vacation. The house has everything one needs. From kitchen items to children's toys. Good location, very quiet and safe area. I felt like at home.

Perfect vacation home
Kissimmee cozy villa was the perfect place to stay for our Florida vacation. It is close to state parks and theme parks, but is in quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. There is plenty of space for a family but cozy for just a couple. It is very clean and efficient. The kitchen has all the convenience of home. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, and the lit patio is a favorite place to relax at the end of the day. The villa is work ready, with three workstations available. This vacation rental is perfect for working remote, or playing all day at Disney World. It is a perfect getaway.

Lisa was an amazing host! She was very prompt with communication and assisted with any issue that arose. 5 stars without a doubt! Every amenity you could need for a cozy home stay was available. Great place in a quiet location
Lisa was an amazing host. I’ve never had such quick communication with a host before. They were so attentive of us to make sure all was well. The house was very clean and in a great location, nice and quiet and less than 5-10min drive to markets and restaurants. Would definitely stay again at Lisa’s place.
