The unit includes a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, and a cozy fireplace to enjoy after a day of outdoor activities. Step outside to your small private patio facing the meadows—ideal for sipping a cup of coffee or enjoying a moment of quiet with the mountain air.

In addition to your private space, you'll have access to fantastic shared amenities, including a hot tub to unwind, a large common area with fireplaces and tables for games, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking. The shared outdoor dining patio is perfect for enjoying meals under the open sky.

In the winter, take advantage of the downhill skiing at Kirkwood or explore the cross-country ski trail right behind the building. During the warmer months, discover nearby hiking trails and lakes for fishing and outdoor exploration.

Wonderful place near lifts
Great property right in the middle of the two main mountain areas with wonderful indoor community lounge area and spa. Parking in the basement a plus.Thanks again.
