Welcome to holiday home no. 12, in the Seepark Kirchheim holiday village on the edge of Dorf 1, above the road, on the south-facing slope directly above the lake. It offers a direct view of the lake from almost every room.



You enter the house through a small hallway with plenty of space for jackets, shoes and dog accessories. From here you enter the cosy living/dining area. The dining area offers space for 7 people - an existing baby chair can easily be added. The living area, furnished in light natural tones and sunny yellow, offers a large, cosy corner sofa. A fireplace and air conditioning ensure the right temperature at all times. SAT-TV, W-LAN, music and board games provide entertainment.



The next floor is accessed via 5 steps. Here you will find the open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, 4 hotplates, oven, coffee and Senseo machine, large fridge and plenty of crockery. The toilet and shower room are also on this floor. Directly adjacent is the first bedroom, the adventure room. Equipped with a bunk bed (80x200cm) and a bunk bed (90x200), it offers a lot to discover, especially for younger guests, such as the railway, Playmobil and our Quassi: Railway, Playmobil and our chatterboxes.



Two further bedrooms with sloping ceilings can be reached via a spiral staircase on the 2nd floor. In the coastal room you will find two single beds (90x200) and in the family room a double bed (160X200). An additional baby cot (60x120cm) can be set up here in a small alcove.

You can access the balcony from both bedrooms on the top floor. A small seating area invites you to linger and enjoy the view over the lake.



In front of and next to the house is a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. There is also a small lawn area. Part of the grounds is enclosed by a fence (approx. 80cm). In a cellar room there is a washing machine + tumble dryer as well as outdoor games and cushions. Bicycles can also be safely stored here.

The Ibra reservoir is approx. 50 metres away. A flat path leads to the house past house 11, or a somewhat steep path directly from the upper car park.



The Seepark Kirchheim is an open holiday home park in the Hessian mountains, approx. 4 km outside Kirchheim. The lake offers a small sunbathing lawn, the opportunity to swim and a water ski facility (for a fee). A circular path around the lake is ideal for walking and jogging.



For leisure activities, there are many hiking trails through the Rotkäppchenland, cycle paths, golf in Oberaula, swimming pools in Kirchheim (outdoor pool) and Bad Hersfeld (Aquafit + Kurbad Therme) as well as skiing on the Eisenberg in winter.



Eisenbach Castle, Wartburg Castle, Knüll Wildlife Park, Herzberg Castle, "Takka-Tukka-Land" and much more invite you to go on excursions.

Super für einen Sommeraufenthalt
Ich war wegen meiner Arbeit in der Nähe und habe deshalb 7 Wochen im diesem Haus gewohnt. Im großen und ganzen alles in Ordnung! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sauber, der Garten groß und eingezäunt, somit auch für einen Hund perfekt! Nachteilig war die fehlende Isolierung am Haus, das sollte jedoch im Sommer kein Problem sein, jetzt im Winter sehr kalt innen! Das einzige was etwas unschön war, war die Kommunikation zum Besitzer, die etwas besser hätte stattfinden sollen.. Terminabsprache wegen z.B putzen gab es nicht, dementsprechend stand eines Tages plötzlich eine Reinigungskraft vor der Tür und meinte wir müssen jetzt gehen - ansonsten würde sie nicht sauber machen... Wir würden trotzdem jederzeit wieder kommen.
