The check in process was efficient but the cleanliness in the lobby was poor and it was warm. When we got to our room it had a bad smell to it. In the middle of the night the AC quit working and then we noticed the carpet was wet near the AC unit. The wet carpet was what the smell was when we walked into the room earlier that evening. The coffee pot did not have all the attachments to make coffee. We will not be staying at this La Quinta again.

Tonight my boyfriend and I were racially profiled at 9:30 10/12/24 while bringing our dog in from going to the bathroom… mind you I checked in Friday night and that same night we went in and out with the dogs as well as this morning until tonight..she asked me for our room number and did not let us go without telling her… I asked her why she needed it and she didn’t give me an answer. After I gave it to her she just said we’re good to go and we went put our dogs up but I came back and asked her what was all that about & why she needed my room number since she never gave me reason why nor have I been ask that before. She said because we have dogs & she needs to see if we paid our deposit I informed her that she didn’t say nothing when I had the dog but once my boyfriend had her it was a problem and she needed to check? mhm is it because it’s a black man holding a dog?!! she laughed and said no. I informed her that my dog has been coming in and out all day without a problem (clearly because we paid the deposit) how would I sneak in a big German shepherd lol!! she mentioned her manager told her to check but when I asked to speak to him she said he was not around. Soo you’re lying and only asked because a black man is holding a dog ok. October is our family reunion month & the hotel was booked by more than half of my family but I’m making sure we take our business down to holiday inn due to this. We don’t tolerate racism & sure as heck don’t support it!!

This property is older , not up to date . My daughter threw up on the bed and they gave me one pillow without the pillowcase and this was the nastiest pillow I have ever seen in my life . They didn’t give me the full items for the bed and they never came to clean the room even though there was no sign on the door . They don’t offer water , it was hard to get anything from the staff . Definetly not the same experience I have had before at other locations .
