Bugs and uncomfortable
The floors were dirty, the a/c kept turning off. On the first night that we got back after a long day my daughter noticed a bug on the bed. I had a couple of bites too. At night the a/c unit kept turning off and it would eventually get hot and everyone kept waking up. We were to tired to complain and it was late at night. The second night i got bit again but custom service would not pick up. We mostly got there to shower and sleep. We were exhausted after all day out and i didn't have the energy to complain. During checkout i mentioned it to the front desk and only said " oh my, ok, thank you".
