The property has down graded their services, breakfast is minimum at it's bes.the food is not desirable, the staff is scarcely available to the occupants. The front desk staff is very professional and that's a good night. The dining room staff is not adequate and the food has fallen off standard...very disappointed to see . Not desirable to be there anymore.

I recently stayed at the S Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. While it may not be the newest or the biggest, it has held onto qualities that traditional travelers truly value. The customer service is exceptional—every staff member treats guests with respect and makes a genuine effort to resolve any issues. The included breakfast is fantastic, the property and rooms are quiet, and the atmosphere exudes professionalism and care. What sets the S Hotel apart is its charm and class. The dining room, reception area, and facilities maintain a mature, elegant style that feels timeless. I find myself choosing this hotel over newer options because of its reliability and character. Location-wise, it’s perfect—a grocery store is conveniently located across the street, and a variety of fast food and dine-in restaurants are within walking distance. Security here is also a standout feature. If you’re not a guest, you can’t access the lobby, which makes me feel much safer during my stay. The S Hotel continues to impress me with every visit, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. It’s a true gem for anyone seeking comfort, class, and convenience.

This is my home away from home. However there are changes that I was not happy with. I have been staying here over 10 years and I was disappointed to see they are no longer putting 2 bottles of water in the rooms daily. Even though I am disappointed with that I am still going to stay there

This was my first time staying at Spanish Court Hotel in Kingston as I usually stay at the AC hotel. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism by the staff and their friendly hospitable attitude. I spent 4 days at the hotel and I will definitely be staying at this hidden gem again, very quiet, peaceful, clean property……. And how can I forget the complimentary “ Jamaican breakfast” listen all I will say is this- the food, the staff, the location, well worth it. Shout out to the front desk staff and the manager who transferred my room after my AC stopped working…..she even offered me a complimentary spa treatment 🙌🙌. 5 Stars for sure l!!!!

Check in straight forward. Staff good and helpful. Dietary needs not catered for even though I emailed them about 2-3 weeks before hand. Once I spoke to senior staff the issue was rectified on my last day. An issue with the toilet was fix immediately. Room could be a little bit cleaner. Heavy dust near the bedside switch, lamps and door handle. Would I stay. there again, not sure.
