We really did enjoy staying at the ROKas the out door space is fabulous. The only complaint we had was the fact that there is little lighting in the rooms and there is no sockets near the long mirror . If you want to blow dry and style your hair you cannot do this and because there is hardly any light in the room you cannot see. The staff were great really friendly. We would stay again but we would know what to expect with the rooms.

The hotel was very accommodating when a mistake was made with dates when booking to ensure that my family had accommodations for the night when arriving into Kingston. The staff were very thorough and friendly at check in and throughout our stay. The amenities are top tier especially the vibes at night that k was able to enjoy while my teen enjoyed the pool. The only change I’d like is cleaner floors in the unit other than that the stay was amazing. The people are top tier.
