Worst hotel in Kingston
Booked a room on first floor ( recent knee surgery) when arrived at 3pm , room wasn’t ready, another half hour, they offered a room on the second floor , I asked if there was an elevator, they said yes .. it was out of order. Dirty and not maintained.. would not stay here!

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of work. The price for two nights was ridiculous for the amount of repairs needed. The pool was nice and cool but the roof was terrible and the towels way to small for a normal sized adult. Breakfast was poor. Not alot of choice. Bed and pillows were both extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place at the rate we paid.

Good hotel but the swimming pool and breakfast...
If you going with your family to this hotel because has a pool for the kids, just pick another one, the water is too cold for the kids and the breakfast not good as others that has continental breakfast. Besides that, it is clean, nice rooms and service.

We were disappointed that the Hot tub was not working and the pool water was cold. That was the main reason we booked this Inn. We could not soak or swim! Breakfast was basic with cold boiled eggs. We spent $300 just to spend the night. We could've booked other hotels with better value.

The King suite was good and gave us plenty of space for our hyperactive toddler to play around. The air conditioning in our room was not that great. There was no air conditioning vent in the bedroom of the suite so it wouldn’t get as cold as the outside where the air conditioning unit was. The breakfast was good but we missed the scrambled eggs. The boiled eggs were stone cold and we had a hard time trying to eat it. I was able to figure out to eat the cold eggs as a sandwich which made it easier to eat. More cereal selection would’ve been nice and on our first day the juice was very watered down and was undrinkable. The second day it was better. Hotel location was excellent as its in a busy part of town with lots of options for fast food and purchasing necessities z A

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Front entrance very lovely... the hot tub was not functioning, the entire floor in the pool area felt slimey. Many areas clearly have sustained water damage leakage issues. The capret in our room was damp and room smelled musty. Clear evidence of an issue with the fridge, but the room again, smelt musty. The beds were comfy but very creaky when sat on. The surface looked lovely, but I would not recommend until the water issues are dealt with. Thankful for our late check-in and early departure. I should mention that these issues were not brought up with staff. It's seemingly an owner issue, not staff.

Although the building is old, the rooms and the shared areas were clean and tidy. The pool was nice but the hot tub wasn't working. Too bad. We go there almost every year and we love the hot tub. The breakfast was good. There were regular items for 2-3 star hotels like cereals, bread, fruits, juices, milk, tea, coffee, yogurt, and a pancake machine. They also had hard boiled eggs but no sausages or bacon or any kind of meat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it's a good, affordable, and family friendly hotel. For this price range, it's often the best option in Kingston.

The only real downer was that the jackuzi/hot tub was not working which i had looked forward to using but was not available the 2 days i was there and the pool was ice cold
