Great property! Clean, friendly staff, modern furniture. Downside, we booked this hotel because of its spa but it was out of service.... Also, bed mattress could of been firmer. Overall though, great property and great location. Would stay again but would ask first about spa availability.

I like this hotel a lot but it is definitely lacking in daily room cleaning and replenishing. I stayed 4 nights, had to request replenishing one day, another day I had to find coffee, cups, etc., and yesterday no one came to check and I did not receive extra towels, coffee, etc. Since covid, I know most hotels changed policies, but now it's getting ridiculous.

disappointed in Kingston, ontario
Front desk asked for 2 IDs, despite being a Marriott member and coming frequently to this hotel. I found it peculiar and no explanation given. A 20$ charge was placed on my credit card and charged went thru CC. and despite hotel being not busy, I was given a handicap room and am not handicapped?
