Horrible, the room service came in our 4th day of stay, didn't even use the vacuum, when I told the front desk they said that vacuum is an optional service, I should have ask for it before!! I asked to change the room after first night due to noise from refrigerator, but they told me all of the refrigerators in all rooms are noisy, unbelievable!

Not a good experience
The receptionist was friendly and nice. However, I was disappointed when I entered our room as it was smelly and dusty 😬😝😖. I was scratching my body as the bed was itchy and had to take my allergy pill. There were stains in the bedding and in the washroom curtains. I didn’t enjoy my stay and I was sleepless 😖 I was so tired and regret booking that hotel.

Rooms really good and clean . but noisy can hear through doors and window into next room and can here food and drink orders from Tim Hortons drive thru next to building fencing is all down wood help if fence was up and built higher to deflect sound . Are room on second floor entrance from our side was narrow to get in when they people sitting in the chairs smoking and spitting on ground when trying to get to room we are in are 60s have to walk up stairs to second floor and walk down pass these young men

Jacuzzi tub room
The room was clean and beautiful! We had the jacuzzi tub room. We had a nice view in back aswell. Wasn't far from everything either. We didn't have the breakfast there woke up too late lol

One of the people in our party had mobility issues and there were NO railings on the few steps that gave us access to our rooms, On the way out to supper she slipped and fell... She damaged her glasses and hurt both wrists and suffered many bruises. She did not want any medical attention and we ended up not reporting the incident. I highly recommend that any and all steps on the property have a solid handrail.. this could have been much worse than it was.

Older motel, room floors updated to laminate was nice. Chose larger Executive King Suite for special occasion. Bed a little flat & springy. Fireplace inoperable (decor only?). Jetted tub worked well. Huge issue with toilet leaking on floor every flush & bathroom floor in front of vanity broken/caving in. Was told maintenance would look - instead of sinple fix replacing wax ring all they did was put towels around the base that quickly got wet from black water. Couldn't stand in front of vanity & hard to get into shower because of broken tiles cracking underfoot! Tried to cancel 2nd night to just go home and they refused.
