This lovely single-storey bolthole made for two, is located in the lovely village of Docking and offers easy access to the whole of the North Norfolk coast.
With plenty of space and privacy, it has a studio layout with exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling and is set back from the road with private parking and also comes with a small enclosed walled patio area within the grounds of Holland House, a Grade II listed property also marketed through Norfolk Hideaways.
The barn offers plenty of room to relax and unwind and to dine, sleep and cook. Perfect for a short break or longer stay any time of year, it also comes with underfloor heating and log wood burning stove, so a perfect escape when the nights draw in and the days become shorter. With a comfortable king-size bed and Egyptian cotton sheets, you will assured of a good night's sleep, ready to explore the area the next day.
Being on one floor, Holland House Barn is also suited to those with less mobility and a ramp can also be provided to the front door to ensure easy access into the barn. With no steps in the property and a spacious wet room, this lad back holiday home is easy to enjoy.
Holland House Barn can also be booked in conjunction with the main Holland House, to make a great sociable accommodation option which sleeps 12 in total.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
If the main house is not occupied, guests may enjoy the walled garden and gazebo which comes with Holland House (10).
Ramp available for access into the Barn if required.
We provide fuel for a first fire, but additional logs, kindling and coal are all readily available in the village shop.
Please note, there is no starter pack (which includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property.
