A fantastic detached house for families or groups of friends. Langdale has plenty of space for relaxing with a fully enclosed private garden, ideal for children and dogs, and a den room perfect for playing, reading or watching television. It is a short walk to the stunning North beach, local pubs, the duck pond, children's playground and shops. It is a great base for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline and other delights.
It is in the open plan sitting room, that in turn blends into the dining area, where you find Langdale really comes into its own. Here you will have ample space for the whole party to relax, whether it be around the TV, a board game or over dinner. Additionally, the french doors provide direct access to the enclosed rear garden, where you'll find more seating and a superb, safe space for the children (or adults) to play.
Four quiet, comfortable bedrooms have been prepared, two of which are appointed with a super-king bed, one with king and a fourth with twin beds. All of which are on the first floor. They are served by the generous family bathroom and the shower room that is en-suite to the master bedroom. Also upstairs is the den room which is a well-stocked as a children's play space or a separate chill out zone complete with TV.
The rear garden acts a suntrap and has excellent protection from any wind, making it a warm and comfortable place late into those balmy summer evenings. A lovely swing seat has been provided, with further additions including the summerhouse, outdoor seating and table, gas barbecue and a good area of lawn. The utility room provides useful extra space and is handy for those coming back from exploring with sandy/muddy paws. You can also access the garage, where you'll find the freezer and secure storage for bikes.
Langdale is also available as a sleeps four option, with two bedrooms closed off.
