It stands alongside the village green, with Brancaster’s championship golf course and inn nearby. There are miles of beaches (ideal for dog walking), sand dunes and salt-marsh – a great attraction for naturalists. Sailing is also available and small boats take visitors to the National Nature Reserve on Scolt Head Island from nearby Brancaster Staithe. Leisure centre with swimming pool at Hunstanton. Shop 2½ miles.
The open fire is available November - March inclusive.

Beautiful location with so much promise
The house is in a beautiful location with the beach a short walk away. Unfortunately the house, while a good base, is not of a great standard. There is no dryer as in the description, there were cobwebs and dust that have been there a long time, on arriving there were lots of flies in the property and the fridge was off. The duvet covers don’t fit properly and there are no mattress protectors. All small things but when you are paying for a holiday home, things you would expect to be right and in order. The house is fine to stay in and we had a lovely week but it is a shame not more attention to detail is given to make this a beautiful property to stay in.
