No hot water
The facility did not had hot water. When I checked-in into the hotel, I heard customers calling about no hot water. The receptionist know there was no hot water but still checked me into the room I booked. Later when I called about no hot water, they keep saying the maintenance team is working on problem. But there was no hot water for the entire night. No hot water the next day morning. I waited for many hours before I was able to get someone from the reception answer my call who then agreed to switch me to a different room. I had terrible first night with no hot water.

The staff were very nice and inviting. Other than the front desk staff I would say it was not a place I would go back to or suggest to someone else. Old building and the room I stayed in wasn’t very clean. The shower was very dirty and grimy. The water pressure was almost nonexistent in the shower. Also the shower head had so much hard water corrosion it should not have been except able. The windows in the room didn’t have curtains only old blinds that did NOT shut completely.

This was my first stay at the Ramada in Kingman. The hotel was recently remodeled. The staff was extremely cordial. The rooms were clean and quiet. The bed was firm and comfy. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but aside from that, for the price I would stay here again. There is plenty of parking. The breakfast was good and they even served the coffee in coffee mugs. It's always the little things that make the difference.

Bugs in the room. Booked handicap accessible did not receive a tub that was accessible. Was told we were going to be given new rooms. Waited until next day and was told there was no way to communicate with Manager, so no new rooms were given. Definitely a thumbs down👎

Very old property. Bathroom is something out of the 1960s with old dirty shower head. Room smelled musty and the heater was extremely loud. Better off staying at the Best Western Plus across the way

Good but loud
It was fine for just a night. Everything in the room and nearby was so loud. The heater and fridge took turns making their loud noises. And then you could hear every neighbor's shower and people talking outside the door. Besides the noise, it was decent.

The free wifi did not work. The bathroom faucet was broken. The bathroom lighting was dim and poor; there were two wall switches, and only one worked. Breakfast was supposed to be included between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., but at 7 and 8 a.m., nothing except coffee was available. The included Lounge tried to make a cocktail but totally misread the simple instructions for a dry vodka martini. Other than those essential items, my nightly stay was good. I must give Windham a second thought for my next booking.
