Older motel, but I prefer an independent to a chain any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Comfortable bed, great pillows, a newly remodeled bathroom at a fair price. There's a mini fridge, and ice is available if needed. I'm thrilled to be able to freeze my cooler inserts for a change. It's convenient to downtown, the beaches and the main highway. Definitely recommend!!

We spent the night at Maple Leaf Inn and Suites this weekend. Our accommodations were excellent. Freshly renovated. It was very quiet and clean. The owners were just lovely to talk to and work with. Thank you for a great stay at your motel in Kincardin.

We had a great experience here! The place was quiet, clean, and recently updated, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, when we realized we forgot cutlery, they quickly provided us with plastic forks and spoons, which we really appreciated. It’s the little things that make a big difference! We’ll definitely be coming back.

This is our go to place in Kincardine. Amazing owners, so clean (seriously you could eat off the floor), great smart TV and the updated shower and bathroom is really nice. Beds are super comfortable.

Good place to stay in Kincardine

It is a very good price for the service and the quality of the room offered. The room was very clean and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and renovated. The shower worked very well. The bed was comfortable. It is situated in a quiet area and is close to the town's important places.
