These Units, located between Chestwood Meats and Nutrien, are in the main street of Kimba, near food outlets and Hotel. Homely and comfort at affordable price.
Pets welcome, cost $10 per pet per stay.

This property is best described as, economical, convenient, comfortable accommodation, all facilities necessary with plenty of room.

Kimba is a wonderful stop over, halfway across Australia and perfect place to break your trip. Kimba has a doctor and hospital and most shopping facilities.

Walking trails are interesting and an enjoyable way to get exercise.

Kimba is the gateway to the Gawler Ranges, a great getaway for a camping weekend.

There are two units available to choose from. Both are one bedroom apartments.

Unit 4 has 2 beds, sleeps 3 people, a double and a single.

Unit 5 has one double bed.

A complimentary breakfast is offered each morning.

Kitchen offers basic cooking facilities, fridge freezer, basic bathroom amenity and lounge area.

A separate laundry is at the end of the building available for permanent tenants and overnight guests. Clothesline set up.

Pets are allowed. A fee applies of $15 per stay for one pet and $20 for 2 pets

The building is old and renovation is a work in progress, however, units are very clean and comfortable.

Internet service is provided by council in the main street of Kimba, however, may not work very well inside rooms. NBN has been ordered to be connected. In the meantime, you will need a dongle.

Parking: Enter vacant block between Meat Store and units and exit is at top end of block. Single lane parking is available in front of units or alongside fence.

Kimba - great place to visit
Staying only one night it was a little difficult to rate…had a shower curtain which I don’t like but everyone seems to have them these days..too expensive or too little room to upgrade. Nice place for the start of our adventure over the Nullabor!

This property shows on line a brand new high rise overlooking the bay with restaurant dining etc. When you arrive you realise that you should have read the fine print. The building is ready for demolition. No restuarant. False advertising.

The house was a nice drive from Adelaide.
Overall the experience of booking the room was easy. The rooms were clean and tidy as stated. Everything was close to the units. The only problem was that the stayz website gave us the wrong directions to the units. Was brought to the attention of the unit owners and I believe it has been fixed. It was great that we were able to bring our dog . Yes I will stay again if I am in the area again. 10outof10 for customer service. Thank you. David
