While the chef in your group prepares meals in the kitchen or on the electric grill, watch shows on the TV in the living area. When it's time to eat, break bread together at the dining table. High-speed WiFi provides added convenience during your stay. Take in tranquil tree-lined views and the fresh mountain air from the comfort of your balcony. In the warmer months, go for a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool. During the winter months, make use of the on-site ski lockers and visit the on-site ski shop.

Walk minutes or take the complimentary shuttle bus (available on weekends) to reach the Killington Resort where you can ski, snowboard, or go on a snowmobile or snowshoe tour. To hone your golf skills, book a tee time at the adjacent Killington Golf Course.

THINGS TO KNOW
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
The fireplace in the living room is not operational.

The property was under construction and that was not relayed to me. The inside is very outdated. There was food on the sheets of the pullout couch. This was a guys weekend, so we dealt with the issues, but I would not have left if I was with my family. The only positive was the location to the golf course. Very disappointed

Very small, uncomfortable, and not very clean
Technically, there is space to sleep 8. However, it is an extremely small space for even 6 people. The beds smelled like body odor and the linens were not fresh. In addition, the shower had mold in it. I would not recommend staying here with any number of people in the group. It is also very expensive. A total disappointment.

Perfect for a Ski Weekend
Went as a group of 4 for a weekend of skiing in killington. The location was perfect! Super close to both the mountains and bars and restaurants. Space was clean and check in/check out was so simple

Great condo for our family of 4. Shuttle service, on site rentals, restaurant/bar, indoor pool, etc. The unit is exactly as advertised and priced accordingly- old, but clean and roomy. Would def stay again!

Great location - pricey for what you get
Pros: Clean Well stocked Location to Killington Great communication Cons: This place was very pricey but not in great shape. Walls were dinged up, carpet was mismatched, appliances were very old and dining room light didnt work. Parking plot was a mess with potholes. it says it’s ski and ski out but it’s definitely not. we were able to park at Killington without a problem so I’d stay further out and save the money…

Great location, Great Value, a few quirks.
I have rented different Mountain Green units at least a half dozen times. No real surprises here compared to others. Unit was clean and everything worked, even the ancient stove. Bring pods for the coffee maker not filters like I did. Only measuring cup was a single plastic half cup scoop but otherwise kitchen had what we needed. Management company communicated through texts and responded quickly to a question.
