The summer months can be spent hiking and sightseeing at nearby hotspots like Thundering Brook Falls and the Coolidge State Forest.

The condo's cozy and spacious interior boasts a comfortable living room with an electric fireplace and a well-equipped, stainless steel kitchen. TVs in the living room and bedroom provide flexible entertainment options wherever you choose to enjoy some downtime at home. An on-site washer/dryer provides added convenience during your stay.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The Shuttle Bus reads: MTN Green(MG)/Pinnacle and Runs about every 20 Minutes. Hours of Operation for Shuttle Bus: On Holidays, service runs from 7:30 am to 5:50 pm; on Non-Holidays, service runs from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Mountain Green Amenities will be open Monday thru Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday thru Sunday, 11 AM to 8 PM. During holiday weeks, the pool is open from 11 AM to 8 PM on all days. The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team.
***IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: Building 1, Building 2 & Building 3 will be having Roof/Siding & Balcony Constructions all Summer in 2025.
This Building is having roof construction: from May 1st, 2025 to November 2025. Please note that scaffolding and construction work will start going up around Building 2 on May 1st, 2025. Please be careful around the scaffolding and stay as far away as reasonably possible.
The Balcony will not be useable during the construction(May 1st, 2025-November 30th, 2025). A sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider so you still have some light and can open your slider for airflow.
Work hours are typically 7 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. If the need should arise, you can expect that work may continue until dusk and/or on weekends.
There will be times that the construction company needs to have access to the condo, you will be contacted."


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are Surveillance Cameras located outside all Mountain Green Buildings as well as in the shared Hallways throughout Mountain Green. There are no cameras in this home.

Ski shuttle details: A short walk to Killington’s Snowshed Lodge, or take the free shuttle bus! During ski season, a free shuttle bus runs the two-minute ride to Snowshed Base Lodge; every 15 minutes on weekends, every 30 minutes on weekdays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had trouble finding the condo at first and could not get a hold of anyone that knew where to go. Once we found it, check in was quick and easy. It was super convenient to the ski slopes and overall was a great place to stay.

Killington visit
Space not ready at check-in. Was never cleaned prior to check in. Toothpaste on vanity, mirror dirty from teeth brushing. Stained carpet. Cigarette burn on kitchen counter. Fridge door dirty. Stove dirty. Cigarette butts all over balcony. Space smelled of smoke even though advertised as non-smoking space. Had to leave after already checking in so space could be cleaned. Couldn’t unload car and bring bags in until this was done. Limitations to parking never advertised so we had to park off premise.
