Quality Inn Carolina Oceanfront is a very dirty, filthy and uncomfortable place. When I came in early in the morning and checked in the front desk told me I didn't have a reservation and I told him my reservation was through Expedia. The person then told me my reservation was canceled and I told him we were tired and had driven 5 hours and we really needed a rest and he said I can't do anything for you my reservation was canceled and my kids and I left. After calling Expedia, the reservation was confirmed by Expedia and I returned to the hotel 12 hours later. The employee gave me the room key and when I got in the elevator, the elevator was very dirty and filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in years. When I got to the door room and tried to open the door to the room, I saw a guy with his family and his wife told me this was our room and I read the room number and made sure it matched the room number on the key and the two numbers matched. I went back to inquiries and spoke to them and they told me that the person gave you a key for the wrong room number and gave me another key and went up to the room and when we entered the room I found that the room was dirty and filthy as if it had not been cleaned in months.I got up and took out my phone and took a video everywhere, everywhere in the room, bathroom and a shower area everything, even the fridge, the microwave, the floor, everything,everything there was dirty and filthy, I called the Expedia team and left the room immediately
