Maui Paradise
We had a an amazing stay at this property. It's a warm and welcoming condo with clean pool very close to it. Walk across the street from the complex to the beach. Kevin was a responsive and helpful host during our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment close to the beach
We absolutely loved staying in this apartment! It has all the ammenities you need for the beach, cooking, relaxing, etc. The view of the pool and lawn is quite enjoyable for morning coffee.The hot tub and pool are well maintained. The whole condo complex has a quiet relaxed feel. The BBQ grills are convenient and clean. This is our new favorite spot on Maui and we hope to return someday!

Perfect Maui getaway
This place is perfect for a small group of friends, lots of space, two sleeping areas, great view of the pool and trees, super short walk to beach across the street. Wouldn’t change a thing!!

What a lovely very clean well appointed home away from home. True island vibe from the minute we walked in the door. Mattress and pillows were new and so comfortable. Everything was exactly as you would hope it to be in paradise. We can’t wait to come back! Location is key!

Comfy apt
clean comfy apt! The owner was a terrific communicator and offered some great places to eat and visit. We drank our coffee on the balcony each morning overlooking the pool and then walked across the street to watch the sunset. Will visit again.

We loved everything about our stay at Kevin’s condo. Kevin was very communicative and polite checking on us throughout our stay to make sure we were happy & not in need of anything. We landed in Maui early and Kevin reached out saying we could check in so after our flight being able to check in was amazing. The free parking was beyond amazing as we usually pay 45 a night in Waikiki. When we arrived at the condo it was super easy to find and the condo was so beautiful and clean. It felt so comfortable staying there. We loved having a full kitchen that we used to cook throughout the week to save money and to our surprise there was extra drinks/ spices / snacks left over from previous guests as a pay it forward thing which was awesome. Another huge plus was the washer and dryer, being able to wash clothes if needed was great. There were beach chairs, a boogie board, ice chest, beach umbrella and pool noodles that we made good use of and came in so handy. Overall, we had such an AMAZING experience and would absolutely not book anywhere else if we were to visit Maui again. Thank you Kevin for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. Mahalo!!

Great getaway
The condo was a great getaway. Just across the road from the beach with amenities that made for a convenient beach day. In the morning and sundown we were able to see Sea Turtles. The condo was comfortable, with everything we needed. Close to shopping and food. Kevin was an amazing host and very tentative.

Mahalo!!! Fantastic place to stay, affordable and beautiful views of the sunrise over the great Halealkala when you open your eyes. Close to all shopping areas and a quiet part of the beach across the street. Grounds are well kept and theres even a hot tub and pool.

Perfect Vacation Spot
We LOVED staying here. Kevin has done a great job of creating a smooth process for guests. We loved that there were enough personal touches in the home to know that it’s owned by a person, not a company. The complex is well taken care of and feels a little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the area, which is really nice because it was relaxing, but it is also close to so many fun restaurants and little beach spots. I read some reviews that said that the condo gets warm. I think this would be true for any building in Hawaii. The AC unit worked just fine and as long as we kept the ceiling fans on, we were perfectly fine! Overall just a great place and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Our family had a great experience at this property! The owner kept in touch and at the ready to respond to any needs we might have had. Of course, we never needed anything, since the unit was clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located. We would love to stay here again, if we ever get the chance to come back to Maui!

Maui Paradise!
Our stay at Kevin’s place was amazing - prime location to everything in Maui that our family wanted to do, with beautiful beaches across the street or a short 20-min drive away. Gold down the road. And numerous eateries!!! The home was the perfect size with great kitchen and living room. I appreciated the care throughout as Kevin was responsive — true Hawaiian spirit! Would highly recommend.
